A OH K Investments LLC is a privately held real estate investment company. We focus on residential and commercial multifamily property, and on helping individuals learn to evaluate it properly.
Why multifamily
Multifamily property behaves differently from the single-family market that dominates most conversations about real estate. Income comes from many units rather than one tenant, value is driven by operating performance rather than comparable sales alone, and scale changes what is possible in management and financing.
That combination is why we concentrate there. It rewards people who understand the numbers, and it punishes people who do not.
How we work
We are education-led. Rather than presenting conclusions, we walk through the reasoning: how a property is underwritten, which assumptions carry the most risk, and what the realistic range of outcomes looks like.
People generally leave with the ability to assess an opportunity themselves, which is the point.

Real estate attracts a lot of noise. We try to be the opposite of that: conservative assumptions, explicit risks, and no promises about returns that nobody can actually guarantee.
The goal is not a quick win. It is ownership that still makes sense in twenty years, and that can be handed to the next generation without unravelling.
